I have experience partnering with culturally diverse leadership teams in product development, manufacturing, finance, customer service, non-profit, and education to build alignment, commitment and trust. We gather and review team feedback across the key elements of effective teaming, set actions, teammates commit and take ownership for an aligned what (results) and how (behaviors) of the team.
