Throughout my career my passion for coaching and building team and organizational effectiveness has grown. As a coach I am able to make a difference everyday, harnessing the collective power of leaders throughout the organization. In this world of never ending priorities and distractions, what I love most is helping leaders to maximize and sustain energy and focus on what matters most so they are able to realize their vision and organizational results.
Throughout my career I have coached fortune 200 executives, non-profit executive as well as early career future leaders. I work with global leaders to build leadership effectiveness, prepare them for leading at the next level and expedite on-boarding so they can quickly deliver in their role.
I have over 25 years of experience serving on global leadership teams with leaders located in the US, Mexico, Brazil, Italy, Poland, India and China. My experiences include:

I have a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater and a Masters of Business Administration from Western Michigan University. I also have my coaching certification through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), High Performance Team certification, Full Focus Planner Training certification and am a qualified MBTI practitioner.
